Costs involved in becoming a member: £120 + VAT for up to two people per company, £200 + VAT for 3 +. This permits attendance at all our meetings

Where and how often do you hold events: Glasgow – 1st Wednesdays and 2nd Thursdays, Edinburgh – 2nd Tuesday and 4th Tuesday, Fife – 4th Thursday, West Lothian – 1st Tuesday, Dundee – 3rd Wednesday

Can you briefly describe the structure of your events:

Arrival and network for 40 minutes, 10 mins pass card round tables, business speaker for 20 minutes, 5 minutes member spot, 40 minutes network

or

30 minutes informal network, 1 hour individual company intro’s incl ask for business – 30 minutes informal network – these meetings are for one company only per profession and are business to business only

Your top three tips for effective networking:

1. Take control of the conversation
2. Good questions, good listening and good summing up
3. Agree follow up action and do it
