Where and how often do you hold events: Every Friday from 8am until around 11am at The Wintergardens at the shopping centre in Livingston.  Details on the website.

Can you briefly describe the structure of your events: A very informal networking session which runs every Friday with no need to book.  There is no format or structure to follow – people are free to form their own relationships and network by talking over a coffee with others at the coffee morning.

Your top three tips for effective networking:

  • Relax
  • Be genuine
  • Engage
